Solid Glass Microspheres
BALLOTINI® Solid Glass Microspheres are used for precise metal finishing of parts. They offer an environmentally safe and cost effective method for metal surface cleaning and finishing.

SPHERIGLASS® Solid Glass Spheres are used by formulators in automotive, aerospace, chemical, electronic and other industries to enhance performance and reduce reject rates in production, and to improve thermoplastic and thermoset properties. These products disperse evenly, pack closely and wet-out easily in resin compounds. They are available uncoated, or coated with coupling agents suited to a wide variety of resin chemistries.

TECHNICAL QUALITY, A-Series Glass Spheres are used to reduce particle size in coatings and inks. Glass Spheres used in oil well drilling improve lubrication and overall efficiencies of down hole oil drilling.

MEDISPHERE™ Solid Glass Spheres are used in the health care industry in air fluidized beds used by patients confined to beds for long periods of time.

SPACER BEADS are specialized glass beads specifically designed for controlling bond line thickness in adhesive bonding. These beads are manufactured and certified to meet the specification requirements of Raytheon HMS20-1776 and Boeing SCGMS-53004.

OIL DRILLING BEADS are designed for oil drilling mud applications to reduce torque and drag and to aid in the prevention of differential sticking.  They can be used in all water-base and oil-base drilling fluids systems. They come in three sizes.  Ultra Coarse (20-30 mesh), Coarse (20-40 mesh) and Fine (170-325 mesh).
Hollow Glass Microspheres
Q-CEL® and SPHERICEL® Hollow Glass Microspheres are performance alternatives to conventional fillers and additives such as silicas, calcium carbonates, talc, clay, etc. A variety of particle sizes, densities and strengths meet specific functional and end-use application requirements such as reducing density or cost, or improving stiffness or workability. They are compatible with polyesters, epoxies, phenolic resins, urethanes, plastisols, thermoplastics, latex, concrete and other building materials, as well as emulsion- and water-gel explosives. They are available uncoated, or coated with specially-formulated coupling agents (CP01, CP03) to maximize interfacial bonding between the microspheres and the resin matrix.
Conductive Particles
CONDUCT-0-FIL® Conductive Particles are engineered to meet a broad range of conductive and electro magnetic interference requirements. The particles typically consist of a specially chosen core material that is coated with a highly-conductive metal. Core materials can be metals in nature such as copper, aluminum or nickel or non-metals such as glass, mica and ceramic. A variety of particle shapes (solid and hollow spheres, granules, fibers, flakes, and dendrites), offers the formulator additional flexibility in achieving optimum particle performance. Certain products have been further tailored to meet very specific requirements such as galvanic compatibility, corrosion resistance, and magnetic properties.
